On 19 September 2026 a large set of features went into operation. Here is what it includes.
- Shortage notifications. The system compares stock with the minimum quantity and notifies the person responsible. When manufacturing is planned, it also sends a notification about an actual shortage of purchased materials.
- Delivery control. Purchase orders are tracked against their deadlines, and the alert level rises with the delay.
- Communication channels in CRM. Emails from the company mailbox become tickets and are answered from the system, in the same thread. Website chat works through the integration API, and comments and events from social networks are recorded in the log.
- Contact preferences and marketing campaigns. The register records who has consented to what. Campaigns are planned in CRM, and the audience includes only counterparties with explicit consent; the system does not send bulk messages.
- Analytics. Dashboards by area in BI. The reports on RFM segmentation, churn risk, supplier reliability, profitability and liquidity are available through the AI assistant, and are added to the dashboards when each company is set up.
- AI assistant. It answers through predefined read-only reports – starting at 13 – and sees only what the user’s role is allowed to see.
- My notifications. Everything the system has to tell you is in one place.
What is fully built and what is partial is stated in the functional specification.
